This project could be ideal for clients who want to spend up to 6 months per year in their own Tenerife apartment, while receiving revenue from rental during the periods when the property is not in use by them. This is particularly efficient for British and other non EU nationals as it fits perfectly with the limit of 180 days per year that non EU nationals can spend in Spain. The rental service is provided by Amarilla Golf Residences, who deal with bookings and also arrange all other services like cleaning and maintenance.  

Amarilla Golf is located in the municipality of San Miguel de Abona, in the south of the island, just 15 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport, Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and the beautiful malls, beaches and nightlife of Costa Adeje. This state-of-the-art, 18-hole golf course sits right at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with all modern facilities such as a golf academy, a swing room, a driving range, a pro-shop and a clubhouse and restaurant. Adjacent to Amarilla Golf is another 18 hole golf course and resort, Golf del Sur and the lovely San Miguel marina. 

Amarilla Golf Residences consists of a total of 62 luxurious apartments and on offer is a selection of modern, spacious, one bedroom apartments. These are available with lounge, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower, fully fitted and equipped kitchens and south facing terraces (17m²) plus most of them have sea views. The complex has a main reception, a cosy lounge area and a bar and restaurant beside the heated swimming pool, where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sun or choose one of the dishes from the elaborate menu later. Residents have free access to a fully equipped fitness area and parking.

Golfers have direct access from the complex to the fairways of Amarilla Golf and a free golf buggy at their disposal during the entire stay. The rental service ensures a worry free rental process during the time you are not staying at your apartment, and when spending your holiday in your own apartment, you receive the same first-class treatment as any hotel guest. Completion is due late Summer/Autumn 2023
